Full-priced crystal/pearl jewelry: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. you can contact us at miawang800628@gmail.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address：No. 201, 15 Building, Renhe Garden, Quanxi Street, Xindu District, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, China. Postal Code: 054000.
Final sale/custom pieces (discounted, limited-edition, personalized): Non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original condition (no damage/alterations) with all original packaging, dust bag, authenticity tags included.
How to Return

2. Include order number, return reason, and clear photos/videos of the item + packaging.
3. Wait for our 3-business-day review & approval—unapproved returns will not be processed.
Shipping & Fees
• Quality issues (defects, misdescription): Free pre-paid return label (we cover all shipping costs).
• Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping; 10% restocking fee (deducted from refund, no fee for exchanges).
• Use trackable shipping—we are not liable for lost/damaged returns in transit.
Refunds & Exchanges
• Inspected & approved returns: 3-5 business days to process.
• Refunds: Issued to original payment method (5-14 business days for funds to appear); original shipping fees non-refundable (except quality issues).
• Exchanges: Free shipping for new items (customs duties/taxes excluded); price differences adjusted accordingly.
Non-Returnable If
Item is damaged/worn, missing original packaging/tags, returned after 30 days, or is final sale/custom-made. Rejected returns ship back to you at your cost.
Visual Disclaimer
Natural crystal/pearl variations + screen/lighting differences may cause minor color discrepancies—this does not qualify as a defect.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
