Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) Policy

For orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand, Miya Atelier offers a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) service. This means the total amount you pay at checkout includes all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country of residence.

You will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery for shipments to the aforementioned regions.

For All Other Destinations

For orders shipping to countries outside of the US, UK, EU, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country of residence. These charges are not included in the order total and are due upon delivery.

Exceptions

Miya Atelier reserves the right to invoice the customer for any unexpected customs charges that result from:

1. Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

2. A package being refused or returned due to customer error.
